How we spent Veteran’s Day

Posted in Friendship,Hunting by Administrator on the November 11th, 2009

I know, I know, it’s Deer Season, but it’s so warm it doesn’t feel like deer season, but it’s always Coyote Season!!!

We honored our men and women in uniform today, by celebrating our “Right to Bear Arms” I got out my favorite sniper rifle and took down coyote #1, while Chief made a 285yd shot on coyote #2. by 11:30 it was 57 degrees, and to warm to call coyotes, but what a beautiful morning. I’ll let Mark and Chief tell you how I didn’t see coyote #1 when he was 70yds from me, and waited until he was 240yds before I took the shot, but I’m sure it’s all hogwash. Thanks to all our Armed Forces from wars past and present, when you come home call me and we will take you coyote calling.
